Soothe, tone and close pores after cleansing. Spray onto face with eyes closed, remove with cotton wool or muslim cloth. Rose Geranium, Jasmine and Lavander waters extracted in the steam distillation process whilst making essential oil. They carry tiny traces of the essential oils, so you are getting all the therapeutic benefits in diluted form. Cosmic waters can also be used to steam the face in a facial sauna or spray some into a bowl of steaming water. Can also be used as a linen, laundry or room refresher.
